Hörmann Training Centre

In 2015, Hörmann’s new training center in Steinhagen was opened after almost two years of construction. The project was supervised by the architects Wannenmacher + Möller GmbH. Everyone notices the kneeling man as a work of art in front of the building, but the innovative ventilation solution for the buildingrealised by WERO is rarely noticed.

The large glass facade as an eye-catcher has integrated ventilation drives in all facade areas.

The decisive advantage for this solution: Natural ventilation using KNX building control systems proved to be more cost-effective than installing mechanical ventilation systems.
